If your coordinator allows it, you can see other helpers' availability for any one of your shifts.

On your My Schedule page, click one of your shifts and in the bottom of the window, you will see a link to view the Availability of other helpers for your shift. 

The helpers that have green painted for a particular shift time indicate that they prefer to help at that time. These helpers would likely be the best people to offer pickups or trades of your shift.
